The Arowana, a straight flying putter with flight numbers 3|3|-1|2 will be a more overstable counterpart to the Koi. I personally use it as a throwing putter that can match my straighter mids in distance. It also will make a great putting putter for those that like a more over-stable flight with a medium feeling depth. This particular run is quite stiff, still able to bend in half, but even stiffer of a feel than the recent run of ecoFLEX Koi and Interceptor (this will help push putters be able to use the disc without feeling it bend in their hand). We feel confident that the Arowana will be a great putter for players of all levels and ages. The first run Arowana is available only in our ecoFLEX material right now, and in 3 different color combinations (as seen below).
Elevation's ecoFLEX rubber is made of vulcanized natural rubber, with up to 30% recycled material made of scrap from medical industry manufacturing such as rubber gloves, or stoppers. In other words, every 1,000 discs we produce prevents 10,000 rubber gloves that did not meet manufacturing standards from ending up in the world's landfills. Although it uses recycled material, it is extremely durable due to the strong and flexible nature of vulcanized natural rubber. It is also super grippy (think pink eraser or a new shoe sole) and their stiffest material to date making it easy to pick up and start using right away, while still maintaining a flex that absorbs impact.
